The Duke Incubation Fund will accept applications through January 8

December 4, 2017

The Duke Innovation & Entrepreneurship Initiative announces the creation of the Duke Incubation Fund, a vehicle for enabling idea-stage projects originating within the campus innovation ecosystem.

The fund will offer awards to Duke faculty, graduate students, post-docs and medical residents and fellows to support early-stage ideas based on Duke intellectual property with the potential to go to market and impact society.

Each award will consist of up to $20,000 in direct costs. Funds may be spent within Duke or within a start-up company formed to commercialize the innovation. Applications are welcome from all fields of inquiry. Application submission deadline is January 8, 2018.
