Institute for Healthcare Improvement & Healthy Durham 20/20 collaborative funding opportunity

The Duke chapter of The Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) invites applicants for a unique funding opportunity for innovative Quality Improvement (QI) projects in collaboration with Healthy Durham 20/20.
Proposed projects should address important problems encountered by care providers, patients and their loved ones across DUHS. For this funding opportunity of up to $5,000, priority will be given to problems and solutions that are aligned with the following thematic areas: access to care, communications, obesity and chronic illness, novel patient interactions (engagement, education, and experience), substance use and mental health, and HIV and STIs.
