The power of building quality relationships is vital for project managers. Project managers and leading thinkers emphasize that a good manager is not someone who is good at keeping a task list, but who can balance stakeholder needs and interests, and ensure that all parties pull together and support the project in delivering a valuable outcome. This comes down to two words: Presence and Essence. In this engaging talk, John and Jennifer discuss the importance of communication and how to develop presence, essence and exude authenticity.
The presentation will explain relationship building concepts and teach project managers how to develop presence, essence, and exude authenticity in their work.
Attendees will get a better understanding for the following:
- Why is building quality relationships vital for project managers?
- Presence and Essence
- The factors that enable one to exude authenticity
